UUDynamics' UUCare program is designed to offer customers a series of plans that include hardware maintenance, software subscription and technical support. This suite of service plans provides protection of your investment against unexpected failures and minimizes the impact on networks.
UUCare is committed to providing the best service and support possible in order to meet the demanding needs of our customers.
UUCare warrants UUDynamics products through the first year against defects in materials and workmanship starting on the date of the end user's purchase or fifteen months from the date of the distributor/reseller's purchase from UUDynamics, whichever is earlier.
UUCare service can be purchased on an annual basis for subsequent years at the conclusion of the first year warranty period. Covered under the basic UUCare support is:
On site support is available at $250 USD per hour plus T&E. UUCare Engineers can be dispatched to your location with a minimum 72 hours notice. Cancellation fees may apply for changes within 48 hours. On-site support is available for 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Valid PO's must be provided and accepted prior to travel.
UUCare will also provide training to be held at your facility with adequate notice and availability. This service is available on a special quote basis, please contact us if you are interested in further information.
